Accurate Shipping Address:
Buyers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, processing begins immediately, and some shipping labels may already be created. -
Missed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address, please email us at support@critterrush.com to arrange reshipment. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
